Last year I met a famed make-up artist and the entreprenuerial founder of Tony Studios named Tony Li. Tony shared that he left China to San Francisco where he studied hair styling and returned with new skills and dreams to open a chain of hair and photo studios across China. The billboard shows that his business has been flourishing for nearly a decade.
